In the first quarter of 2025, the top Business Finance & Business Solutions applications on the Android platform in Europe exhibited varying performance trends. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps have shown significant activity in terms of downloads and active users.
SumUp: Payments and POS experienced steady growth in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter at around 30K downloads, it peaked at approximately 40K in mid-March. The app also saw a consistent increase in weekly active users, beginning at 391K and rising to over 510K by the end of March.
PayPal Business maintained a moderate download rate, with figures fluctuating between 11K and 16K throughout the quarter. Its active user base remained relatively stable, starting at 156K and slightly decreasing to 138K by the end of the period.
Mileage Tracker by Driversnote saw a decline in weekly downloads from around 15K to just under 10K mid-quarter, before recovering to over 12K by March's end. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 18K in late January and stabilizing at around 17K.
